1. When posting content/photos include the hashtag: #FacultyLeaders. This ensures all convention attendees can quickly find one another’s content.
2. Include @TCCTA and “@” any other speakers, friends, or exhibitors who excite you (TIPS!)
3. Typing #FacultyLeaders into the search bar will pull up all content posted with this hashtag. This content should be liked (clicking the heart) and shared (by clicking the two arrows forming the square).

• confirm appointment in April
• renew your membership in August (or with auto-renew Sept 1, 2023)
• take minutes and turn them in the week after the meeting
• summer Zoom membership event: attend one of two one-hour sessions on the TCCTA membership drive with the campus reps (review resources, trouble shoot apathy and any communication hiccups on campus, build campus teams, etc)
• support campus reps on your campus(es) during the membership drive (committee receives membership drive emails that go to campus reps to aid them in this effort)
• follow up with your president about institutional membership
• Fall meeting near Faculty Leaders Conference (late Sept or early Oct)

3. discuss/research any new potential benefits
4. report on membership numbers
5. discuss (and hopefully attend) the Faculty Leaders Conference
6. discuss annual convention wellness and financial planning sessions
