Biographies:

Pamela Gonzales

Pamela Joplin-Gonzales MSN, RN is currently serving as the Simulation Coordinator at San Antonio College. Former United States Air Force Nurse Corp Captain and nursing educator for Seton Medical Center-Austin's Critical Care and Intensive Care Units, she brings over 10 years of experience in patient care and emergency expertise to San Antonio College.

 

Christina Olson

 

Christina Olson MSN, RN is currently serving as an Associate Professor and Program Coordinator for the Nursing Education Department at San Antonio College. After working 16 years in nursing in New York, Philidelphia, and St. Louis, she spent four years as the Infectious Disease Clinical Nurse Specialist for Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri.

Biography:

Christopher L. Pate is currently serving as the Dean of Health Sciences at St. Philip’s College, San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Pate has nearly 25 years of military healthcare experience and nearly a decade of faculty experience at the graduate level. He has taught at the U.S. Army-Baylor Graduate Program in Health and Business Administration, Webster University, the University of Phoenix, and Trinity University. He is a 1994 graduate of Syracuse University (MPA) and a 2001 graduate of Penn State University (Ph.D). His areas of interest include decision making, use of quantitative methods in healthcare settings, and health disparities research.
