In this session John discusses Millennials, how they learn, and the many challenges they present to business and management educators. He uses his experiences teaching management to identify key characteristics of millennial students, what they like and don’t like about their classes and books, and what they prefer in terms of projects and learning activities. The discussion covers how Millennials study and read, prepare for exams, use technology, and handle teamwork. It should stimulate conversations about teaching approaches and ideas that we can use to create engaging and high performance learning experiences.
