"Writing Measurable Outcomes Statements for Libraries in the Context of Outcomes Assessment and Strategic"
Speaker: Mark Hanna, Library Director, Amarillo College

This session will feature a practical and effective method to translate library goals, developed by discovery/assessment during strategic planning, into measurable outcomes-based objective statements.
